Shopping in Simmons online store is easy and convenient!

All online store orders are subject to Simmons Mattress & Furniture (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.'s online shopping terms and conditions, which are summarized as the following items:

Price and payment

  • Product payment must be paid in full with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) in the online store. Cash or cheque will not be accepted.
  • Any changes to promotional offers will not be notified in advance.
  • All Simmons discount coupons (cash coupons, discount coupons or promotional coupons) are not applicable to Simmons online store.

Product inventory

After the online transaction is successful, the buyer will receive a confirmation email from Simmons within 24 hours. If the ordered goods are temporarily out of stock, the buyer will receive a notification one working day after the online transaction is successful for further arrangements.

Product color accuracy

Simmons strives to enable buyers to grasp the most accurate product color, but based on the unique color difference of each display, the product color may be slightly different.

Delivery

  • The buyer/consignee will receive a call from the customer service department to confirm the order one working day after the online transaction is successful. The product delivery or pickup date will be arranged in this call.
  • Free basic shipping for purchases of HK$1,000 or more, and HK$80 for shipping below HK$1,000. For details of shipping services, please refer to this page.
  • If you need to change the delivery date or time, you can call the customer service hotline (852) 2378 4848 or email to enquiry@simmons.hk.
  • No delivery service is provided on Sundays and public holidays.

Return/Refund

Due to personal hygiene reasons, all online store products are not refundable.
